Joey Perchinske, PE has more than 11 years of experience in highway design with projects ranging from local roadway and bridge projects to large interstate projects with complex maintenance of traffic. His experience includes design and plan preparation for roadway plans, maintenance of traffic, and traffic control design. His responsibilities include preparing typical sections, plan and profiles, cross sections, horizontal and vertical alignment, pavement and quantities. Joey has developed right of way plans and deed descriptions on numerous projects. He is well versed in Microstation/Geopak and OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition and has completed ODOT’s Traffic Academy Class on Maintenance of Traffic as well as Signing and Markings. Joey is certified with ODOT in Complex Roadway Design and Limited & Complex Highway Lighting Design and is a Certified Professional in Erosion & Sediment Control (CPESC) which allows him to review and seal Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP). His recent maintenance of traffic experience on interstates include MIA-75-14.57, MIA-75-19.01, FRA-70-3.41, BEL-70-5.92, and STA-62T/225-1.38&1.37R/00.59. Joey’s recent right of way experience includes BRO-62-26.50, BRO-763-1.51, Ridpath Road Bridge Replacement, and HOL-39/754-11.17/0.16, TUS-93-10.80.
